- An individual consumer card with special identification number is opened for each employee on the day of check in.
- After each meal (a breakfast, a lunch or a dinner) the worker provides a personal signature in the individual card which is conducted and controlled by the Warden.
- The daily report on number of eating people is formed on the basis of such cards.
- A daily check of correct filling and maintaining of reports is carried out by controller and HEC supervisor.
