Control

  1. An individual consumer card with special identification number is opened for each employee on the day of check in.
  2. After each meal (a breakfast, a lunch or a dinner) the worker provides a personal signature in the individual card which is conducted and controlled by the Warden.
  3. The daily report on number of eating people is formed on the basis of such cards.
  4. A daily check of correct filling and maintaining of reports is carried out by controller and HEC supervisor.
